I have a place in my heart for California. I wish I’d known it before the nutters took over. The closest thing remaining to what it must have been like is Orange County. I don’t know inland and far northern CA that well, I understand that those areas can be quite conservative.

Modern day Dallas is a lot like how I remember California back in the 80's.
