Obama's disjointed ISIS speech was about saving his presidency. He is sinking fast... It may already be too late to save the SS Obama......teeming w/ second term disasters....the toxic brew of his Obamacare lies, middling economic growth and violent global breakdown....
....the public has tuned him out...they no longer trust him and don’t think he’s a good leader.....a tsunami of recent polls amount to a vote of no confidence.....his plan to grant amnesty to millions of illegals was put on hold to try to protect Democratics from voter wrath in November.
He has been wrong about virtually every major issue. His worldview, his politics, his prejudices, his habits — they’ve been a mismatch for the country and its needs. He has been a dud even in the one area where he seemed a lock to make things better, racial relations.
The lasting image will be his yukking it up on the golf course minutes after giving a perfunctory speech on the beheading of James Foley. It revealed him as hollow, both to America and the world, and there is no way to un-see the emptiness.
Of course, there is a possibility that America could rally around in a crisis. But a national consensus requires a president who is able to tap into a reservoir of good will and have his leadership trusted. That’s not the president we have.

It is apparently very, very difficult for many to see Clown Prince nobama for the traitor he is. Many do not want to be “upset” so they avoid critical thinking about the state of our country. In a true sense, by their negligence they are co-conspirators in the undermining of Free America. This is true of many f the gop-e and so-called moderates.
We don’t have to worry about ISIS as much as we have to worry about ISIWH.
I would settle for people simply having to show ID that they are actually entitled to vote.
They lack the intelligence to know that they are voting against their own self-interest as a citizen.

A lock???????? It would seem to me that you had to be a pure fool to think he was going to make racial relations better. He is a racist. You might as well have looked to Al Sharpton to improve race relations.
Well, he didn’t need real votes to get a second term.
You are speaking of the period since 1920, the nineteenth amendment guaranteeing women the right to vote was ratified on August 18 of 1920, nearly three months prior to the presidential election, the Republicans won with Warren G. Harding who was barely 55 when elected. Harding was considered to be a VERY handsome man. Since then looks and charisma have mattered more than anything else. Single women don’t vote for homely old men for president. Abe Lincoln would not stand a snowball’s chance in a forest fire. The nineteenth amendment was a terrible mistake but it does not help Hillary’s chances one iota. The democrats could probably do better with Denzel Washington or even George Clooney than with Hillary. Of course I am only talking about who would get the largest share of the REAL vote, the result is almost certain to be decided by fake votes. Hillary Clinton has had one chance to win the woman’s vote and could not do it, the chance that she can do it now with another eight years of wrinkles is zero. The only reason we have not already elected a woman to the presidency is that WOMEN who are, after all, the majority of registered voters, DON’T WANT ONE.

I had a group conversation with some libs tonight in Louisiana. There’s no arguing with them. Everything I said about BO, they said Republicans do it too or Bush did blah, blah, blah. Big Mary Landrieu supporters, hate the TEA Party. I just kept my mouth shut as I didn’t want to spoil the entire evening and changed the subject. It was distressing. We did however, come to an agreement that many Republicans as well as dems are equally corrupt and self serving.
Believe it after November of this year, the only poll that counts.
The GOP? They were disgusted with the GOP in 2008. What has the GOP done to the electorate lately? Their disgust with the DOP is more immediate and more real than the memory of their disgust with the GOP.
