Same thing happening here. With all the coal plants being shut-down on the East Coast, electric rates are rising 20-30% each quarter, and will bankrupt many homeowners and businesses this winter, if they don’t have nat-gas to heat. The EPA’s outlawed old wood stoves and fireplaces as of Jan 2014, and will soon have their SWAT teams raiding rural homes. This won’t go over well at all.

I wanted to install additional/alternative heating in my home...but alas, the liberals are running amuck here too...Thankfully my main source of heat is Natural gas.

We had mice in the attic at the old house and didn’t know it till we sold it and they did the inspection. The exterminators used peanut butter for bait.
Ditto nat gas here. But they’ll soon enough tag it as “harmful to the environment” and increase costs of exploration, delivery and usage. The EPA and enviro-wacko ‘watermelons” need total eradication before America is destroyed.
I know. I need to get traps that will not harm the cats. The bigger issue is, I have NO idea where or how they are getting into the house. There has to be something I can spread around the foundation of the house. Looks like I will be making a trip to “Save Big Money at MENARDS” hardware store.

Mark, I think Lincoln was an honorable man, and great president, but he took avtions that provoked the civil war. Like, keeping ft Sumter, and several laws that caused resentment in the south. If I remember my history class 30 years ago he taxed raw products in the south that made it cheaper to import raw materials from England.

When they exterminated the house they found all kinds of places they were getting in that I had no idea they could. Fixing the subfloor vent screens, sealing ducts in the garage and basement window wells was more expensive than the bloody extermination itself!
