Democrats launch Benghazi website, ahead of hearing
The Washington Times ^ | September 16, 2014 | David Sherfinski

Ahead of the House Select Committee on Benghazi’s first public hearing Wednesday, Democrats on the committee say they’re launching an online clearinghouse to deal with questions already asked and answered and dispel falsehoods about the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attack.

They say the website is intended to provide answers to questions that have consistently been raised surrounding the attack on a U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans, such as why security was inadequate despite repeated requests and whether the Pentagon failed to deploy resources that could have saved lives on the night of the attack.

” ‘Benghazi on the Record’ does not answer every conceivable question, but it answers many of the primary questions people have about the attacks,” said Rep. Elijah Cummings, Maryland Democrat and the select committee’s ranking member.

They also called on Republicans to more clearly define the mission and scope of the committee, which the House voted to establish in May.

“We have looked at it, and we don’t know where this committee is going,” said Rep. Adam Smith, Washington Democrat.

A spokesman for committee chairman Trey Gowdy, South Carolina Republican, said Mr. Gowdy is willing to risk answering the same question twice rather than risk it not be answered at all and since all documents responsive to congressional inquiries have not been produced, not all questions have been “asked and answered.”

“Chairman Gowdy is leading a fair, fact-based and impartial investigation,” said committee spokesman Jamal Ware. “The Committee will consider all evidence, across all jurisdictions, and produce the final, definitive accounting on behalf of Congress of what happened before, during and after the terrorist attacks on our facilities in Benghazi.”

Ok, so where was obama during the night of 11/12 Sept. 2012?

I've yet to hear that question answered.

Let’s see them deal with this:

That was a hoot and I’d bet Elijah hasn’t said one word about that since it happened.

Truth is hard to come by - just ask the families and TWA security staff about the results of the FBI Investigation of Flight 800 back in 1996~Outright lies, propaganda commercials and media that falsified the facts all to protect the feds...

I hope and pray every day that this unprecedented corruption and in your face treason ends with public hangings. After all, NFL games are no longer worth watching. AND, while that tar and feather thing sounds like fun, it seems far too messy.

Attending public hangings would be a great new American pastime and they are long overdue.

Food courts, beer gardens and a small cover charge could very well get us out of debt. Even if it didn’t, it would at least, FINALLY, be something worth paying for.

Leave it to Elijah to come up with something like this, he's got his mind made up.

Nope he just has his orders, no one is accusing him of having a mind.
