Based on Obama’s track record in the middle east, his real motivation and goals here is to topple Assad and install his islamist buddies in there. He’s still advocating for the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, against our national interest.
ISIS was a good excuse for Obama to ram through a big training program for Syrian “moderate” rebels — supposedly to fight ISIS but who have a peace treaty signed with ISIS...
ISIS is friends with Turkey and Qatar and Obama is onboard with the turkish/ISIS genocide plan against Christians, Kurds, etc. The FSA slaughtered Christian villages and blew up churches in past, and some of them joined ISIS.
Obama and friends are not idiots for training so called “moderates”, they know what they are doing and what they are doing is wicked.
I would like to think the military is really chafing at the fact that our every move is telegraphed. Remember the beginning of Gulf War I? We knew it was coming, but not really sure when? Then we turned on the telly and we were bombing the snot out of Baghdad...
