They should have called themselves, “Occupy Recapture Canyon” or something like that.

They never imposed those conditions on the "Occupy" crowd.

Federal land, federal charges. I know someone who had rented and ATV and was riding through the Roosevelt National Forest outside of Estes Park in Colorado. Park rangers caught him off the marked trail and issued a $500 citation. They don’t mess around.
