Frankly, yes. Look how many far left liberals are on the courts. Look at the current AG. RINO’s said “who are we to stop these appointments? Elections mean things”, blah, blah, blah, etc.
Funny how the Dems never do that. They fight and filibuster everything they can. Reagan got almost 60% of the popular vote and all but 3 EC votes in 1984 and the Dems never said “well, elections mean things” and blocked his appointees like crazy. He nominated Bork in 1987 and how did the work out?
