A small group of top Washington Republicans is teaming up to launch a new polling firm, Vox Populi Polling, that will churn out volumes of survey data ahead of the 2014 midterm elections.

He’s running hard on border security, his punchline is “enforce the law”.

We do not have very many illegals here, so there’s no “but who will cut the grass and change the diapers” lobby.

If Brown can knock off Queen Jeanne, that will be a big plus.

How do they get all this polling data if people like us don’t answer their phones? In fact, we just ordered a call blocking phone. Also, we just got a new shredder. It eats entire envelopes of junk mail like polling questionnaires. I love it.

Queen Shaheen is running scared after thinking she’d run away with it. But not sure if Brown is really up. It’s a close one, though.

Looking at all the polls, Brown is probably a couple points in the deficit. But plenty of time.

Plus only bad news is on horizon for Shaheen - Obamacare premiums coming soon, Obama will screw something up w ISIS, etc.

While those are good credentials I am always suspicious of any potentially partisan poll. Of course that doesn't leave much to choose from.

But hopefully is a good poll and if so we may have another (GOPe) Republican helping us recapture the Senate from the Marxists.

But I read in the Washington Post the other day that the Dems are all doing so much better and that they have a 51 percent chance of holding the Senate. Oh well, maybe the Post is wrong, for the first time, or it is biased, which it never is.

I love the new commercial with the shopping cart where the girl at the end says “pay for it yourself.”

I know. But Liz Cheney is a very, very strong conservative so you have to worry at least somewhat that that the poll may be a bit optimistic. But I'm hopeful that it is a good poll.

Of course I would have liked to see a Ted Cruz clone winning in NH but realistically that is not going to happen very soon if ever. Too many libs in NH to expect any better result than we are hoping for with Scott Brown.

Don’t forget that Shaheen has actual small business management experience . . . fencing stolen goods.

Republican Scott Brown

Now there's an oxymoron. That is, if you take the word 'Republican' to mean what it used to mean.

I'd wager most of the politicians out there calling themselves "Republican" couldn't even give you a decent definition of "republic" without having to Google it.

Two points.

First, Brown is a heck of a retail politician. In a state like New Hampshire, this means a lot (look at dimwitted Joe Biden; you have to give the devil his due, he was a great retail politician in the state of Delaware, and then he bet on the right horse in the US Senate, being the water carrier for Ted Kennedy).

Brown’s getting elected even just once to the Senate as a republican in Massachusetts was one fantastic accomplishment.

Second, Brown is a northeastern republican in the tradition of Jacob Javits, Clifford Case, Charles Mathias, Lowell Weicker, John Volpe, John Chaffee, Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins. It is what it is. The one thing he brings to the table for us conservatives—he won’t be a vote for Dingy Harry Reid for majority leader.

So Brown is ahead of Shitheen ... big deal.

1. There will be (as usual) huge voter fraud come Nov. so Shitheen will not loose.

2. What is the difference between them? We have two Dems running for Senate here in NH. Brown is a male version of Hitlery.

3. I’ll be writing in Bob Smith this Nov. for Senate.

“Is that ad on youtube?”

It’s this one, with some changes that apply to Shaheen.

"Northwestern Republican" I can buy, but he can be that and still not give a rat's ass for the republic.
