Indiana Supreme Court Declares An Officer's Testimony Is More Reliable Than Video Evidence
cops should be wearing these types of cameras. It would show how much these folks really act like feral animals. I have always heard cops complain about having dash cams, but it just seemed to me that they are more helpful in defending the cop in situations just like this. Now Ferguson is in a “He said, she said” argument.
For the record, I say, just to keep the peace, they will find the cop guilty and demand a trial. He will be found hung in his cell, deemed suicide, but secretly he will be in the witness protection program, never to be seen again.
Do these cameras upload as they shoot, or are they subject to editing?
I have no idea and I don’t think it says.
Exactly. I ran a federally-funded homeless veteran project for a year back in the 1980s. One day a pawn shop called me and said they had the $1,000 worth of tools that I had just given a vet earlier that day. The guy used my paperwork to “prove” to them what the tools were worth. Thankfully, that was the only individual who did that, to my knowledge.
This is the first time Copwatch has been to North County St. Louis to hand out cameras.
They all wound in up the pawn shops.
They'd best be on their best behavior at all times.
“Actually I think this is a good idea. These citizens will get themselves in trouble and post the video on line to convict themselves.”
Hilarious but it’s true. These people are many many IQ points lower than they think.
Can bet there’ll be lots of “personal” videos wid da hoes.
They have little rags to tie over them.
