bump. RIP, Mr. Traficant, who brought not just a few laughs and chuckles for his “hair,” his polyester suits, and his speeches on the floor of the House.
The only reason Traficant ever got in trouble was because he was one of the few pioneers [along with Grassly] who took on the IRS.
It was right after the first big IRS outrage that he was nailed.
