The word used by Rouhani and in the context mentioned in linked article is “Jangi” meaning “madmen or mad-person”, or more accurately ‘those who are belligerent’. That’s correct word & translation. Otherwise, “zangi” (slave), a very UNcommon word in persian language for decades at least, and in mentioned CONTEXT makes no sense. Maybe Rouhani was drunk?
