A former New Jersey toll booth worker said she was told by her supervisor to stop saying God bless you, because it might offend motorists.
Cynthia Fernandez has filed a lawsuit against the Garden State Parkway claiming her former boss violated her First Amendment rights.
I was so upset, I was crying the mother of three told me. Theres nothing wrong with saying God bless you.

This country is absolutely filled to the brim with candy-coated wussies. Everybody is petrified of offending someone, and the only ones who seem to be perpetually offended are tolerant Liberals.
Forget that noise!

Right on!!!! A week ago, while shopping at the supermarket a woman a few feet away sneezed, rather loudly. Strictly by instinct I said, “God bless you.”
She turned to me and said, “That offends me...I don’t believe there is any God.”
I looked skyward and said, “Please, cancel that blessing.”
A good deal of laughter around us. She was not pleased.

How about Allah Akbar? The proper etiquette in using the term, "Allahu Akbar" is when you sneak up behind a person, grab their hair, exposing their neck, and then proceed to saw their head off.

Is it OK to say GOD BLESS AMERICA?
Or should we substitute it with the Rev. Wright’s remark instead?

She turned to me and said, That offends me...I dont believe there is any God.Good response would be, "That's OK, as your Creator, He believes in you".

RE: How about Gesundheit?
The word simply means “HEALTH to you” in German. No mention of God, so I guess it’s OK to the God-phobic.

“Everybody is petrified of offending someone....”
.
Hell yes, especially when you can get sued out of house and hearth.
And even when you win the case, you’ll have to pay your lawyer, so you still lose.
We claim to be a country of laws but, in reality, we are a country of lawyers.
