He wasn’t showing any symptoms when he flew so I think self quarantine is a good thing. I think it’s selfish of this good Christian to include the rest of his family. And does he want a pat on the back for advertising it?? None from me....at least for 21 days.

There is no empirical evidence for that. The exact point a person becomes infectious is not known. Don't believe it - if exposed people are not contagious, why do they wear hazmat suits around them?
