I understand why they quarantine. I don't understand why there is not a shut down of Liberians and Sierra Leon citizens getting on a plane and vacating their Hell hole.

If they ban the flights from the five affected African states...the banned folks would merely shift to a bus taking them to another country where flights are approved. Add in a day or two, which might be helpful in stopping them with a fever from boarding....but they’d all find another way to get out of their region.
You have to consider this too....within three months...there will be forty countries with Ebola folks. Then what? Will we be willing to ban flights from Belgium, Thailand, and Brazil? I think this is what drove them to avoid the whole banning deal....that it was useless, and it’s simply going to come....sooner or later.
