If Bush were President how would ISIL, ebola and the Ukraine Be Going right now? Would there have been the IRS, and VA scandals?
If the Republicans had had the Presidency instead of the Democrats these last 7 years, would there have been something like Obamacare racking the American Economy. Would he have raised the Social Security tax as Obama did.
It is really revealing to ask what would have happened these last 7 years in light of all these issues. I'm sure someone like President Bush would not have been perfect, but can you imagine any of these things happening under Bush?
Could you imagine a major program causing severe layoffs as Obamacare does? Any small business with 51 or 52 now seeks to get under the 50 employee rule. How do they typically do it? Layoffs.
Could you imagine the IRS depriving new Democratic organizations Tax exempt status as they have for Republican and tea party ones?
Would Bush not have revealed his exit and timing strategy for Iraq? Would he have left enough boots on the ground to insure Al Queda wouldn't come back?
On Ebola, what do you think President Bush would have done when he read his security briefing, for the first time, and heard about the Ebola outbreak?
Oh, by the way. According to Obama, they are not Islamic.
If Obama was still in the senate, he would still be making speeches like (change h1n1 to Ebola) .........

Honestly, it would be playing out with the liberals making the same wild claims I see people making about Obama. Same nonsense, opposite culprits.
Oh, I'm sure the Liberals/Progressives would oppose anything a Republican President would do, and that includes the Mainstream Press.
But I believe the results would have been vastly different and not like Obama has done to America at all.
GWB’s responsible for regime change in Iraq. He was not good about stopping the invasion of the US. Regime change and uncontrolled border policies are the basis of most of what’s wrong in the world.

I’m referring more to claims that the ebola scare is some government orchestrated conspiracy operation to distract from ISIS.
I think we all know how GWB would have reacted to current events, but that’s rather an impossible scenario given he was term limited.
The more interesting question is what would Romney have done in the last 2 years? How would he have handled ISIS, Ebola, our open borders, Ukraine, & other current events? Could he have disrupted Harry Reid’s obstructionist rule? Could he have repealed Obamacare?
I’d like to hear his reply to that, for Romney, so far, seems to be the best of a poor bunch of likely Pub candidates for POTUS in 2016.
I’m no Romney fan. Personally, I favor Ted Cruz or Trey Gowdy for POTUS.

Bush basically seemingly gave in fully to the leftists early on and it degraded his presidency right until the devastating engineering of the economy crisis prior to the election of the racist occupier.
Since he didn’t lead the attack on the socialist enemy, things would have gotten worse. The axis of evil, democrats, socialists and communists was right here at home all along.
Bush was a hero in Africa for his effort to help control HIV. Obama’s compassion for Africans is about as deep as Mugabe’s. Caring, compassionate human beings come in all colors, but so do evil ones.

Not much differently. Our active pursuit of terrorists was long done before he left, and we’d be out of Iraq now one way or the other. Ebola is going to do what ebola is going to do and a major outbreak has been considered inevitable since we first discovered it. And Clinton squandered all our cache to push Russia around.
That said, I do miss him, but he was no Reagan.
