"Sitting on the steps of the now infamous Ivy Apartments in Dallas this is the woman who Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan flew to the States to marry.
Seen here for the first time, Louise Troh, 54, is pictured next to her nephew Jeffrey Cole, who arrived in Dallas from Liberia just days before Mr Duncan.
Now both Ms Troh and Mr Cole are in quarantine along with her 13-year-old son and a friend.
While 42-year-old Mr Duncan's life continues to hang in the balance, District Attorney Craig Watkins has revealed that his office is actively investigating whether or not Mr Duncan will face criminal prosecution should he recover.
A spokesperson for the Dallas DA has told MailOnline that he could face the charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon with the Ebola virus as that weapon. If convicted this carries a jail term of two to 20 years."

“i worked my entire life from 16 on.....and cant afford a smart phone”
Can you afford a $6,000 ticket from Liberia to Dallas?
That’s the part I find odd. Did some ambulance chasing lawyer pay for the ticket, so he could show up here and be a lawsuit generator?
Really?
Most places, you sign a two-year (or three year) contract with a data plan and you’ll get it pretty cheap. T-Mobile is offering the iPhone6 with a contract for nothing. You’ll have to pay $27/month for two years for the phone above and beyond your normal plan, but you won’t have to fork out the $600 plus up-front. That’s how most people get their smartphones.
Now if you want to buy it outright, yeah....that’s mucho dinero. I know some people don’t like contracts.
I suspect you could afford a $50 Z665C Android phone from Tracfone like I have. I’ve barely used any minutes since the phone supports Wifi for data. $7/month to add minutes if necessary (never do).
What’s she doing outside on the steps! Bring her inside!
My cell phone provider gives us a free new smartphone every two years. It’s time for you to switch providers if your company is not doing that.
The monthly costs you’re talking are WAY above my budget. Happy with my Tracfone anyway.
I wonder if Ms Toh will have any problem with being away from her job while being quarantined? I assume she is employed and has not been dependent on taxpayers for support since her arrival from Liberia.
It’s not a hoax. He arrived in Omaha yesterday.
We can afford the phones ... just not the plans!
Oh, Hell no! He could have found better than that in Africa.
Actually that’s not far off. They plan to say that whites created ebola in a lab to kill off the black population.
We cant afford smart phones at my house either.”
You obviously are smart enough and can get through your life on your own without the aid of some type of mechanical devise.
Ah, OK.
Here in my little corner of the world, another way to get smartphones is at pawn shops....they may not have THE LATEST!! models - usually one or two years old, some older, but you get ‘em for a song here, which is cool.
I have a Nokia C5-03, and I’m pretty happy with it. We have downtown a phone shop that sells factory refurbished phones for next to nothing. Paid $20 for mine last year, and it even came with an 18 month warranty. Works great, but I’m not the kind of person who has to have “THE LATEST!!” so I can get by quite nicely with something a little older. :)

Actually, the ~$7/month adds “service days”, not minutes. Happy with the arrangement.
She willingly exposed the entire state of Texas.
Man, don't do that. Now I have to explain my loud chortle to those around me.
Exactly....they want to prevent the DA from pressing charges, so they’ll play the card.
Why would you assume that she is not on the government dole? If she wasn’t when all this began, she probably is now.
Forget the cell phones. How do these people afford to fly from Africa to America like I change underwear?
people who have AIDS are prosecuted if they deliberately go around having sex with unsuspecting others...
You may be on to something ! People survived the plague by drinking beer.
