The reason for the anger: Syrian Kurdish fighters are battling to prevent Islamic State militants from overrunning Kobani, a mostly Kurdish city in north Syria a couple of miles south of the Turkish border. Kurds have blamed the Turkish government for not doing enough to help the Kurds of Kobani.

The Turks have no interest in helping the Kurds against ISIS. Quite the contrary. I'll bet the Turkish game plan is something like this: Let ISIS destroy the Kurds. Once the Kurds are destroyed, only then cooperate with the US to destroy ISIS.
It's a despicable plan, and the US is letting Turkey get away with it. The Turks are not our friends. But the Kurds are.

ISIL - Turkey IS the Levant...

The Turks want to destroy NATO from within. Stupid idea to let a Muslim country (even a ‘moderate’ one like Turkey) into NATO.

Our half-assed and half-hearted air campaign against ISIS is designed to NOT inflict any damage or casualties on them. Why? Because we created them and they are doing our bidding to get rid of any non-jihadi government in the Middle East.
Once Syria, Jordan and Lebanon have fallen, they will threaten Saudi Arabia. Our controlled media will be filled will ISIS atrocities (remember how Saddam supposedly threw Kuwaiti babies out of their incubators - pure BS). This will build support for World War 3 - Middle East theater version.

Turkey was a key geopolitical asset during the Cold War. If you think it was a "stupid idea" to have them in NATO you simply expose your own stupidity. Or are you merely a juvenile with no understanding of those sober and dangerous days?

We’ll see if you’re still saying that five years from now.
