I would enforce the law. The feds can go fly a kite. Plus i would arrest illegals at the polls.

I think I’ll go to the nearest gun store to make a purchase. When they ask me for ID I will tell them I don’t have to provide it as it would “suppress my right to keep and bear arms.

Same for the next time I buy alcohol.

as the state’s latest means of suppressing minority turnout.

Why is it that Liberals claim this as fact but have NEVER been able to explain their train of thought that brings them to this conclusion? And why has no one asked?

I want only ONE of them to explain the mechanism by which ONLY minority voters are affected by having to present an ID before voting. Just one. A simple request.

She said that the law effectively imposed a poll tax because some voters would have to pay to get documents — such as a birth certificate — needed to get a photo ID.

Here's an idea;

Why not have each state issue a photo ID when a person registers to vote? Free of charge. I'd agree to pay for that with my tax dollars. This ID must be presented to vote. I mean...they ARE registered are they not? If yes, then proof of citizenship is required to do so is it not?

Not registered? Then go do so. Not a citizen? Ah...therein lies the rub. Tell them to get lost.

A couple of weeks later a crowd gathered and lit a bonfire on King St in Boston. They then moved on to the house of William Story, a Crown agent in the admiralty court. The crowd swarmed the house, destroying Story's papers and his furnishings as well as Court records held there.

I'm with ya. But....in today's America...the story ends there...with this:

And this;

And this;

And this;

All photos are from Watertown, Massachusetts in April, 2013. Right down the road from me and where your story took place.

Well, the court has pretty much come out and said that elections aren’t important enough for us to take reasonable precautions to prevent fraud. I think that’s a pretty telling idea. It’s also probably uncomfortably close to the actual truth.

I’m all for that. This Obama appointee is just doing it to because she knows she won’t be overturned in time for legitimate election in 2014.

Federal courts are dominated by liberals and liberal judicial rule making.(Mostly because of the same).

Even conservative judges today seem to think they have to follow the edicts set by liberals becase of what they were taught in by other liberals in collage about the law being not about what is written or practiced but some twisted system of past court edicts dictating everything from how your suppose to think to what is law irrespective of the Text or history of any particular act.

This is the foundation upon which the Federal injustice system was created over the last 100+ years. It won’t end until we get federal judges willing and able to ignore all that and start reading the text and original practice again.

Otherwise we will forever have a system where law changes when ever one judge says it does, and thus mattering little what the consented to.
