We are being lied to. If the nurse in full protective gear has contracted Ebola, how is it that no one in the apartment has contracted Ebola? I don't believe that no one else who was around Duncan is not ill.

If the nurse in full protective gear has contracted Ebola, how is it that no one in the apartment has contracted Ebola? The gear picks up lots of virus, keeps it warm, makes the worker sweat and raises skin temperature, the virus is probably adapted to 38 or 38.5 degrees, and the ID50 is absurdly low.
Fits all the known facts. The attack rate among doctors and nurses (since 1976) has been way too high for a standard contact OR droplet model. I think airborne is convincingly ruled out by the Sawyer plane and now by the apartment.
It's the gear. The gear is the vector.
Immediate change is required. Don't hold your breath.

Yes his family was skirted away to some gate community. They could all be dead, buried in a lime pit somewhere. Do we really expect truth from government and news media?

I don't believe that no one else who was around Duncan is not ill. Yes, no matter on which side of the airborne vs. direct fluid contact issue one takes, it's hard to buy that.
