Actually, pre-Commie Russians have more of a claim to that area than the ones their fellow travelers who now infest that city embrace.

I, for one, am happy about what Seattle is doing. Thank you, city council, for celebrating my kind. I am an indigenous person. I was born in America, so therefore I am a native American.

Even though I have never scalped anyone or got drunk at a tribal casino, I am just as much a native American as Senator Elizabeth Warren and all the commie idigenistas on the Left Coast.
