The minute they admitted that...you can easily see some scenario where one farmer gets it, and it moves across an entire county in a matter of a year or two, from beef herd to beef herd. You’d have to slaughter an entire herd and every cow within five miles to essentially ensure it didn’t go any further. Then you’d wake up a month later to find another farmer or rancher passed it on again.
