Yeah mine arrived yesterday about 1pm. It was interesting to track it coming from China. Anyhow, it took me 3 hours to set it up.

I strongly recommend to update your iTunes, and then sync your iPhone 6 with it (use the cable). This is because it will download iOS 8 and then iOS 8.0.2.

Once you get the iOS 8 then you have to back it up. through iTunes. Then update it to to iOS 8.0.2 back it up again through iTunes, and then update your Apps in the App store. After each back up, I disconnect and reconnected the iPhone 6 to iTunes.

Nevertheless, after all that(3 hours).. it's been smooth ever since. The more I use it the more I like it. The iPhone 6 4.7 is much larger than the iPhone 5.

Oh and did not think I would like the Touch ID and Passcode but I do. I ended up doing both thumbs instead of one.

I added both index fingers and middle fingers as well. . . It's come in handy.

You can enter up to 5 fingerprints in the Touch ID. I used 4 because it makes it really convenient to just touch the home button and not worry about which finger you use.
