Somewhat of a mischaracterization. While he did serve as head of the New York City DOHMH, and while he was very publicly anti-tobacco, it was Bloomberg himself that came up with all the Nazi Nanny Nonsense.

Obviously you did not watch the video where he says it. Just go to the 4 minute mark, and start listening. He says it right at 4 mins and 20 seconds. Yes he did use the spicific words “Community Organizer”.
