PEORIA, AZ - A Peoria elementary school student who was battling a serious respiratory condition has died, the school district confirmed.
News of the student's illness sparked concerns Tuesday over the possibility that enterovirus 68 had made its way into Arizona.

I do not hear much about this virus except here on FR.
As a parent with kids in AZ school, this is quite concerning.

As it stands, this is a much bigger deal than Ebola. It’s not getting the coverage because (I suspect) it can be directly traced to the illegals spread across the U.S. If that makes me jingoistic and racist, so be it.

I remember months ago when someone reported to one of our local conservative radio stations, that he saw buses drop off illegals in downtown Tucson, who had been picked up from Texas. This was before the we knew of the “children’s” invasion.
My consolation to the parents of this child. Baby boy, you are in heaven with Christ Jesus, who loves you as his own.

our children’s lives are the price of having this anti-American fraud in the WH by his orchestrating the flood of the Central American illegal vectors. With respect to Ebola and his lack of concern about Americans getting it, soon it is going to be the price possibly millions in this country will pay, if not directly, certainly by the economic fall out as a result of this deadly disease.
It is hard to express the threat of EV-D68 to our young, who appear to be most vulnerable. It is quite deadly, it can paralyze them in any number of ways, we do not know how permanent the paralysis is, it is flue level contagious, there is no current vaccine, it progresses very rapidly from onset, it presents as the common flue, and we are just now entering the flue season.
What age children does it primarily affect? Are we talking toddlers or any age? I have not read a clear answer on that.

I could not agree more that incompetence from the top down and their PC vrs their first obligation to protect Americans is what is at the heart of the spreading of death that we are now witnessing. But we were ‘racis’ for pointing out the incompetence. Now all of America pays for what the 51% did at the ballot box. Completely insane.
I read children are the most at risk between ages 4-12.
