“Absolutely, anyone with an ounce of common sense knows this ruling by the 9th circus is an abomination.”
If true why won’t the House Republicans do their job and vote articles of impeachment on these judges?

The judge can give bail and ask them to turn their passports. :)
Seriously it is the judges discretion how much bail to request. I would imagine that an illegal would have trouble getting a bond.

The ones who recognize American sovereignty. ..
Eregal M uhgrantz should not be bailed.
They are absolutely flight risks and have no permanent address, in the U.S.

Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen Remember all those poor "boat people" we took in from Vietnam? There ya go! Judge Nguyen's father was a major in the South Vietnamese Army who worked closely with the US military and the CIA. He escaped South Vietnam with his family in 1975. Presumably the alternative was choosing to stay behind and being executed by the Communists. I take it you're on the side of the Communists on this one?

I guess she learned nothing from his experience.
