Yes a 1 for the other side. Percentages are not numbers. Always been the case.

You, sir, are an idiot — percent is most definitely a number, just like ratios:

per·cent
adverb: per cent; adverb: percent
    1. by a specified amount in or for every hundred.
"new car sales may be down nineteen percent"

noun: per cent; noun: percent
    1. one part in every hundred.
It literally means out of a hundred — per (out of) cent (CENTurion, commander of a hundred men; CENTury, a hundred years; etc).

Doesn’t matter, vote for the liberal republican or else the liberal dems will win.
There’s only 1% urine in the champagne, drink up the RINOs told you to, peasant!
/ sarc.

You can point out that 0 does not equal 1, and there will be those who still insist that you can prove 0 equals 1.

It’s partly soup- cartilagenous, congealed and unencumbered by more than a neural net for a central nervous system. Quite lacking in judgement, courtesy, and in understanding nuance, as it single mindedly pursues definition, and misses meaning: the one winged shark.

Please, cite me the unemployment statistics from our vaunted Labor Dept of obamaumao, because surely THOSE are percentages and numbers—— how laughable. And one would have to be an idiot to accept those...uh, numbers as one is staring at 92 mill. unemployed. But there are entire business systems concocted to support the “report”, as part of the lie. But... those ARE the numbers, by God.

A percent is an expression of a ratio. It’s not the votes, bubba-do, it is who counts them (remember Uncle Joe?). Which is why a O vote has a distinct effect on an outcome, especially if it was a lost vote that could have helped our cause(you know, like a 3rd party or a mass of singular self important votes in protest which don’t count for sasquatch— even though they are numbers LOL). In the game of politics, the big lie is that a voter who sits out does not count- that is the dirty psychological game of the liberal lying dems— goading enough self important people to inactivity.

No dog in the hunt? You don’t get to rant about it later, regardless of the illusion of choice. Point of the statement was that numbers are not percentages and vice versa when someone is ballot stuffing with non-voters. The only real way to win is to overwhelm the norm— to blow it out. Real voters who don’t vote, holding their nose or otherwise should recognize they’ve handed away their difference to an illiterate gimme-dat, who will then turn around and demand submission. Have been there and seen it.

You know what they call the last in class in medical school? MD. Then they make him head of the CDC, who answers to a guy who had his way paid for through hahhhhvahd and so smahhht with the numbers— to become the mack daddy marxist mulatto in chief.

Some people will never get how to defeat these types- it takes a lot more than literalist number crunchers- ‘cause on that basis we never would have formed this country, or tried to save it by a second revolution. You call me whatever you like- my people wrote the book.
Deo Vindice.
