It's the soybean oil poison based Ranch dressing that they slip in to make all the boys vote Democrat once they turn 18.

I think it is salad dressing for dipping the cauliflower. It looks like ranch dressing.

I would surmise "gruel," except I think the carbohydrates would push the calorie count too high.
