Obama Plans to Let Ebola-infected Foreigners Into U.S. for Treatment
Judicial Watch ^ | October 17, 2014

Posted on 10/17/2014 4:41:57 PM PDT by grundle

Judicial Watch has learned that the Obama administration is actively formulating plans to admit Ebola-infected non-U.S. citizens into the United States for treatment. Specifically, the goal of the administration is to bring Ebola patients into the United States for treatment within the first days of diagnosis.

It is unclear who would bear the high costs of transporting and treating non-citizen Ebola patients. The plans include special waivers of laws and regulations that ban the admission of non-citizens with a communicable disease as dangerous as Ebola.

One source tells us that the Obama administration is keeping this plan secret from Congress. The source is concerned that the proposal is illegal; endangers the public health and welfare; and should require the approval of Congress.

I pretty much agree with everything you said. But I am not ready to believe this story yet. What would his reason be? To save the fledgling democracies of West Africa? It seems like only yesterday we were upset that he was bring American citizens back here to Emory for treatment. Now this?! Anyway, if it was being kept secret from Congress, it isn’t anymore. I’m going to turn in for the night, but I really hope you Freepers have this sorted out by the time I get up tomorrow morning........

This is quite a gambit. Is it possible that the Lunatic in Chief somehow believes that ebola will not explode here in the US in the coming weeks with his current policies in place? It’s a sucker’s bet. Possibly he thinks that he can bluff long enough to limit Dem losses in the mid-terms, but I’m betting there’s at least 15 confirmed cases in the US by election day, with another 1000 under observation. That ain’t gonna play well with the electorate. Possibly he thinks that he can delay the elections if it gets that bad so that he can stop the hemorrhaging.

As I said on another thread, Cloward-Piven on steroids.

Stopping the flow of the infected to the US would be in direct conflict with his policy to fill the country with a new beholden underclass of citizens who reliably vote Democrat.

Bottom-line: The SOB is doubling down. God help us!

“Such a move will trigger the start of a violent revolution.”

hahahaha that would be an appropriate response, but really slow at the start - only to get moving after we pry the ipads and smartphones from everyone, Twitter croaks and the beer supply dries up.

What Treatment????????????

Heavy duty blood transfusions - sure way to deplete resources and exacerbate the situation on the way to justifying martial "law".

I have a plan for treating the Ebola patients IN PLACE - costly yes... rational - yes ... to be done in the American style of of yesteryear - Going Big and taking care of the problem ... I will post it soon...

Look for the Topic Thread ... U.S.S. Compassion ...

You can laugh - you can joke - you can make snide remarks - but my plan would turn the obama treachery on its head...

What Treatment????????????

I would suspect transfusion of plasma from ebola survivors, of which there is a lot more in Africa than there is here.

I tend to be skeptical of anything from Judicial Watch.

They swore up and down during the Clinton years they had the goods to bring down Bill and Hillary. Absolutely nothing came of it.
