A grand jury may decide not to indict the officer who shot Michael Brown. If that happens, Ferguson will explode again.
The Rev. Carlon Lee, pastor of Flood Christian Church in Ferguson, Mo., was sending out links to a New York Times story Friday night to friends, family and community members who have spent the last two months absorbed in the events surrounding the death of teenager Michael Brown. The story cited forensic evidence offered by federal officials that showed Brown’s blood on officer Darren Wilson’s uniform and gun, which was found to have been fired inside Wilson’s patrol car.
“I believe that when people have received (the Times) article and see what’s going on it will infuriate people and set us back,” Lee said. “No matter what happened in (Wilson’s) car, Michael Brown’s hands were up. No matter if he beat the crap out of Officer Wilson, his hands were up—a universal sign of surrendering.”
It’s impossible to tell whether the story being sent out by Lee on Friday night would result in increased action on the streets of Ferguson, but one thing, as it has all along, remains clear: If Wilson isn’t indicted chaos will once again reign.
“If there’s a non-indictment I think you’ll see an immediate uproar,” Lee said. “I don’t think people have seen the amount of unrest and anger that will come if there’s a non-indictment.”
If the evidence released Friday is any indication, both are inevitable.

The more evidence that’s released that suggests a “justified shooting” the more violence and looting there’ll be.Liquor stores,convenience stores,cellphone retailers and sneaker retailers in that town might as well board up their establishments for the next couple of years.

Struggle in the police car? Shots fired *in* the police car? Not shot in the back? Drugs in his system? Juvenile record of assaults? Assault committed 15 minutes before his death? Irrelevant! The "Gentle Giant" was black,the cop was white.Guilty as charged!

Now this particular instance between Brown & Wilson isn’t not a good example of cops gone wild, although I do believe the police forces around the country have become over militarized. Wilson was beaten by previously to Brown being shot to death. I am glad this evidence has surfaced although it has been known for a good while if one follows the internet—only a-holes get their information from the MSM. There has been lots of buzz about big money pouring in to support the “activists” in Ferguson. If rioting is your only answer, then I am convinced you are a mental midget (no disrespect to the vertically challenged).

I think the solution is as follows, and is fairly simple:
The Ferguson police department and city council announce that for a period of 96 hours, 4 days, there will be zero police nor fire department nor EMT presence and no civil authority of any kind will respond to any 911 call nor request for assistance of any kind. There will be no law enforcement and there will be no prosecution of any crimes committed during this window, no matter how heinous. This happens October 29-30-31-Nov 01, so Halloween and a weekend are in there. It could called the “whoop-ass festival”.
The two days before are intended as days when anyone who wishes not to be present during “whoop-ass” can leave, but equally, anyone who really, really wants to come in and cause trouble can do so.
The three days AFTER whoop-ass NOBODY gets to leave town. This is when the residents or whomever is left in the town can extract revenge against anyone who may have wronged them during whoop-ass. Thus there is a solid 7 days of whoop-ass, whoop-ass week if you will.
