Why?

Did she know she was exhibiting symptoms? Could she be anticipating having infected someone? Did they get a visit from ‘skreet preachah’ Jesse Jackass?

Does the airline give any reason for suggesting the nurse’s condition was worse than previously reported?

Not to be dense, but what does the family lawyering up mean? Do they think they have a case, or do they expect legal repercussions against the nurse?

To make matters worse, Typhoid Amber is invoking silence about her condition so that those she has exposed have no clue about what is going down.

My prediction.

Vinson dies.
Family sues.

Vinson’s estate gets sued.

The CDC has thrown these nurses overboard so getting an attorney is probably a smart move.

Clearly they need legal representation to handle the media. Uncle isn’t going to cut it.

I think she can be sued.

As for her suing, I hear Texas has some pretty stringent laws on the matter.

Sometimes I have to wonder if people just want their fifteen minutes of fame so that they can get the name in the news, free stuff, attention, etc. It is the all about me attitude.

How can they can be stupid by going out in public after taking care of someone with a contagious disease?

I think she was stupid doing the things she did.

She treated Patient Zero.

She had a fever.
She didn’t feel well.

She was keeping herself away from her relatives.

That should tell you all you need to know to show that Vinson SHOULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN ON THE PLANE.

Btw, it looks like Nina was diagnosed with Ebola before Vinson flew back but you would have to check to make sure that is correct.

Oh and after Typhoid Amber gets diagnosed with Ebola the mother who has also been exposed now gets on a plane exposing even more people.

If Amber dies, her blood splatter is on the face of Obama and Freiden.

There is no other truth. Period.

Obama is bio-attacking America. Fact.

She could have mitigated the damage as Nina did..instead she turned into a Bridezilla and decided to go try on dresses in Ohio.

Primary fault here lies with the jackass in the Whitehouse.Everyone else is a distant second.

Thanks. The additional info you included in posts 4 & 7 is helpful too. Prayers for this nurse, and for anyone she has exposed. Sounds like a textbook case on how NOT to act after close contact with a highly infectious disease.

She called the CDC SEVERAL TIMES and they told her it was OK for her to fly!!!

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Vinson called the agency several times before flying, saying that she had a temperature of 99.5 degrees. But because her fever wasn’t 100.4 degrees or higher, she didn’t officially fall into the group of “high risk” and was allowed to fly.”

As the two strippers who were on Vinson’s plane have indicated: “It’s not a rocket science”. You self-quarantine.

Actually, it has now been admitted THAT SHE DID NOT CALL THE CDC.

Also, as a NURSE, she should have known that taking Tylenol reduces her temperature.

I have great admiration for Nurse Nina. She used her own judgment, thought of others and made the decision to take precautions.

Nurse Amber? Well...

“Actually, it has now been admitted THAT SHE DID NOT CALL THE CDC.”

How do you know that this “latest” is not a CDC covr-up — why would the other info, that she did call the CDC multiple times, been made public if there was not truth in that whatsoever?

My personal opinion is that the CDC dropped the ball big time and they try to make the nurses scapegoats.
