I am no fan of Rand Paul, but Republicans should be tripping over themselves to gain black voters. Many conservative minded blacks vote Democrat just because they buy those race-baiting lies the dems feed them. That presupposes one thing: that Republicans desire the votes of the conservative minded
— given their actions, I don't believe this to be the case.
