Funny how he has the solution to that if just lets it spread

Georgia Guidestones.
His main job (and I know you know this) is just to spin Obola's performance to the media, so they write news stories showing Obola's "hard work" and "aggressive response", while eventually blaming republican'ts for the spread of E68 and Ebama. I mean, Obola. Or do I?

I think this is referred to in legal terms as a conflict-of-interest.

No one played Obama but the bad guy in the show said just about the same thing Obama’s Ebola Czar had said about the world’s overpopulation. So he decided to release a deadly plague. We could use a real Reddington,(James Spader)to come to the rescue. lol

Ebola is a wonderful way to decrease the surplus population, don’t you know?

G.K.Chesterton had something to say about that in his commentary on Dickens' A Christmas Carol to the effect that if one starts talking about reducing the surplus population, one should make sure that it doesn't include you.

Mr. Solyndra is a ridiculous pick, but to be fair, he doesn't mention "overpopulation" in the exerpt. He seems more concerned about "climate change" being bad for humanity.
Weve got to find a way to make the world work for everyone, Klain said. Climate change...
There's no mention of reducing the population to a "sustainable level."

LOL. I think since the overpopulation is an issue for him we already know his approach to Ebola problem. It is kind a lib approach to abortion.
