Yes, I agree with that, and my post #50 demonstrates that same conclusion.

Satan wants “all”. He roams about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. He intentionally blinds people so they can’t.

Satan doesn’t get “all”, but he wants humans lost and not saved. He will take any soul he can, so if all it takes is a tattoo, then he’s hiring tattoo artists.

DWare suggests a divine intervention that prevents Satan from forcing anyone from receiving an actual mark who does not WANT the mark. I think that fits and is a possibility.

I’m not sure you caught the meaning in my post 58. The “all” simply means all segments of society. It does not mean “all” as in all individuals in each of those parts.
