The House could impeach now. The senate must try Obama. To remove him from office takes 67 votes. Even if the GOP took the Senate they won’t have 67 seats. If they did not all of them would vote for removal.

Certainly the threat of impeachment is a lot more real now and can restrain Obama from going full bore statist instead of incrementally by EO...
At best the Senate will be 54 GOP votes...far short of the 67 needed to convict him of crimes outlined by the House...
So it seems actually doing impeachment would be a futile clown show...
Personally, I think a better strategy is send bill after bill (the 300 sitting on Harry Reids desk) to him and make him veto every one them...

He will have to be engaged to work against the will of the people and we all know how Obama hates to do any work...
