At least the NY Post knows what's going on, as does the Tea Party. As for the rest of the country, not so much. We face our first Dark Age, unless a Republican Congress, led by president Ted Cruz, declares war on oppressive government. The chances of that happening? About 10%. But it's the only chance we've got.

Mark Steyn is right. We need to transform the culture as much, or more than, we need to transform the government. But that's a 20-year process, at least.

The FIRST thing we as conservatives can do is to take the future generation out of the government schools. It's time for us to return to the catacombs to keep alive the flame of Christianity and republican government.

And yet, the government is fundamental in shaping the culture as well. Just look at what the War on Poverty has done reshaping the culture of minority communities.

We need to seize this opportunity regardless of the odds. I am sending in more today and not via the FEDEX Express I was mailed. I may be a sucker, but; I am not going to look back and wonder if another C note or so here and there would have changed things?
