#Ebola Nurse Complaining About Quarantine is Left-Wing Democrat, CDC Employee WITH UPDATE
Got News ^ | 10/26/14 | Charles C. Johnson

The nurse currently quarantined in New Jersey is an employee for the Centers for Disease Control and a registered Democrat with a history of left-wing advocacy, Gotnews.com has learned.

Kaci Hickox’s ties to the CDC were not disclosed in a controversial anti-quarantine column she wrote for the Dallas Morning News. The CDC opposes quarantines or travel bans from Ebola infected countries.

So this woman’s conplaint was a plant then? That makes sense. But if the DMN didn’t do enough homework to know she worked for the CDC, well, it just doesn’t pass the smell test.

Dear CDC employee:

Welcome to the world of the common, taxpaying citizen who has to interact with the Border Patrol, Social Security, the DNR, the DMV and the IRS. How does it feel to be on the other side of the transaction?

“Don’t care. Meaningless. I never cared about the political affiliations of the scientists I used in Court.”

Yeah, everyone knows that scientists’ positions and statements are never influenced by their political beliefs or affiliatons.

On the contrary, it raises serious questions about her integrity.

Revealing her as a current CDC employee leads to questions as to her role and activity in West Africa. So far I’ve seen nothing that indicates any CDC staff in Africa is actually engaged in direct health care of Ebola victims.

Their role as observers and advisers to local governments on the other hand has been well publicized in the African media especially.

Her background as a political operative opens the door to questions about the nature of her activity in promoting CDC and by extension this administrations policies which are adamantly anti-quarantine and advocate open borders.

Don’t know if the medical community has a term for it, but REMF seems to possibly fit her well. Plus, she shares the same hair dressing as Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. And it don’t come from the Mayo Clinic.

I think folks who go to Africa and work with Ebola patients should have two choices.

1. 42 day quarantine in Africa before departure, or

2. If they contract Ebola out of quarantine and enter the US, we go to their house and burn it down with them and their family in it.

Am I confused about how terrible the politics of this are for Christie and Cuomo?

or is it terrible for those advocating an open southern border? Yes, the plot thickens.

I find it interesting that doctors without borders wouldn’t hire or accept her.

“Why would the Dallas Morning News hide so important a fact???”

http://www.dallasnews.com/ebola/headlines/20141025-uta-grad-isolated-at-new-jersey-hospital-as-part-of-ebola-quarantine.ece

(Editor’s note: Kaci Hickox, a nurse with degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and the Johns Hopkins University, has been caring for Ebola patients while on assignment with Doctors Without Borders in Sierra Leone. Upon her return to the U.S. on Friday, she was placed in quarantine at a New Jersey hospital. She has tested negative in a preliminary test for Ebola, but the hospital says she will remain under mandatory quarantine for 21 days and will be monitored by public health officials. Dr. Seema Yasmin, a Dallas Morning News staff writer, worked with Hickox as a disease detective with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. With Yasmin’s help, Hickox wrote this first-person piece exclusively for the News.)

How can someone who has deemed herself as altruistic and willing to sacrifice for others less fortunate - Not then able to mildly sacrifice for 21 days, to possibly help others???

Something stinks in her reasoning.

Chances are, she went into the program seeking a resumé enhancement. I know those people. They can be annoying as all get out. Although with some of the unfortunate experiences, some of them get humbled, some more bratty. This woman looks like the latter result.

Bring Out Your Dead

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

If these leftists would just understand that a quarantine is just like a condom. They are all for us quarantining one type of bodily fluid—one that produces life— but opposed to quarantining bodily fluids that produce death. What flakes!

The nurse’s only legitimate complaint is about being left without food for 7 hours. Seriously, who was in charge of the quarantine?

Complaining about being quarantined, which amounts to an inconvenience when other people’s lives are at stake is incredibly selfish.
