Who could be worse than the commie rats? Go ahead and put them in full power idiot.

And how would putting Republicans in power do anything to stop that when they've showed that they'll roll over for them on everything?
IOW, what is the difference between putting the commie rats in full power and putting in Republicans who will simply aid and abet them in their goals?

What has the Republican Party done on:

  1. The IRS corruption?
  2. The NSA's hugely unpopular domestic espionage?
  3. The rampant debt accumulation?
  4. The unaccountability of government agents?
  5. Fast & Furious, which is probably the easiest Treason case to come along in 60 years?
  6. The invasion from the south?
  7. Reducing regulatory burdens?
  8. Reducing tax burdens?
  9. Repealing or defunding ObamaCare?
You call me an idiot, but my question really boils down to this: why should I vote for a party that so demonstrably cares nothing for what I value?

I share your frustration. I despise both major parties and see only a tiny handful of Republican candidates that are decent conservatives.

“Punishing” the RINOs by not voting for them is punishing ourselves and our children. I held my nose in 2008 and voted for McCain (and enthusiastically for Palin). I’m pretty sure he would have been horrible as President, but not as horrible as what we’ve got.

I would rather vote for a bad conservative than for any liberal. At least there is a chance of slowing our rush to self-destruction. Also, I have observed how the liberal strategy of incremental change works. We need to do that, too. They don’t always get everything they want right away, but they keep pushing, pushing, pushing until they do. We need to do the same. We can’t always get the true conservatives and conservative policies we want but we need to push in the right direction and keep pushing until we get there.

JMO. I am sympathetic to those who disagree because my anger is on your side, but my intellect says vote R even if it’s a RINO.
