Can Senate majority of 51+ and House majority kill Obamacare without president’s signing such a bill?
Onamacare is a law passed on Christmas eve midnight by the democrat controlled congress of 2009 and signed by Obummer.
My understanding is to repeal a law another law needs to be passed and signed.
However congress may have a way to kill funding Obamacare.
Some of us have known and screamed it for a long time now. They always could have. But instead passed 3 continuing resolutions funding it. On purpose.
May? They have absolute power of the purse, they just don't have a leadership that will use it. Ask Michele Bachmann what happens when you try to defund Boehner's funding of ObamaCare, settled law don'tcha know.
