From what I have seen, the only people talking about impeachment are Democrats.

Not a waste if it exposes the documentation
that leads to conviction, indictment, and removal

open borders and ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE (as always).
I think the Republicans really mishandled impeachment during this election cycle.
They should have started impeachment hearings months ago, and then DARED the Democrats to vote against it in the run-up to the election.
That the Republicans couldn’t make a compelling and credible case to Americans that Obama is actually a demonstrable URGENT THREAT to our nation speaks volumes about what is wrong with today’s Republican party.
Republicans love their country. Why would they subject the nation to the prospect of President Biden?
In fact, most people think Obama picked Biden as assassination and impeachment insurance.
It would not surprise me that Democrats will pull out that last “Hail Mary” and claim that “Republicans will EAT your Chirens.”

Having him Declared as ineligible, would be worth moving heaven and earth.

Impeach Obama?
Obama has been a stake in the heart of every democrat that can be tied to him. The republican “wave” of 2014 will be a result of Obama’s poor performance and criminal activity, not anything that the GOP has done.
We’re going to tie Obama to every democrat in 2016, including Clinton. He is going to drag every democrat down after all of these scandals mature into actual findings.
I would expect the democrats to initiate impeachment before the republicans.
The old criminal needs to be careful how hard he presses on this. It could backfire.

If Rebublicans take the congress and senate no need to impeach Obama it would far more fun to chip away at every one of his laws and grin as he has to eat $hit for the next two years.
Eligibility to hold a political office is unlike procedural errors in the conduct and certification of an election. General procedural errors are merged in the certified result--ineligibility to hold the office is a bar to action in the office.
The actions in office of an individual who moves into the office who is not eligible to hold the office are void--he doesn't hold the office.
Same for impeachment. He doesn't hold the office, therefore he cannot be impeached.
He was born outside the United States under circumstances which did not result in his citizenship at birth. Therefore, whatever the Court might hold Natural Born Citizenship might mean, Barry doesn't have it because he was not a citizen at all.
Therefore ineligible; therefore impeachment barred.
The correct procedure for eviction? Convene a joint session of Congress; reopen the Certification proceedings for the 2008 and 2012 elections; appoint a joint Judiciary Committee of the House and Senate to report back to the Joint Session on Barry's eligibility at a date certain; report that he was not eligible; and reverse the certificate of his election under the twentieth amendment.
This could back fire; some will take notice and say hell yeah, why NOT impeach him ? I’ll go vote now.
