Huntsman is smoking Crack ... it was the Tea Parties that made 2010 happen and no one else... It was the Tea Parties working over all these years to stir the issues and help reform the Conservative Brand into another even better winner to repudiate obama.

Old RINOS should just go play golf and shut up.

Huntsman says that he was a lifelong Republican, but now supports candidates from either party who support cancer research. He is the author of a new autobiography, Barefoot to Billionaire, about his life and efforts to cure cancer.

I haven't read Huntsman Sr.'s book, nor do I intend to. He is well-known in Utah as a generous philanthropist with a genuine rags-to-riches story. Good for him, kudos, and all that stuff.

He is out of touch with the economy of today, and with the struggles of average people in the economy of today. He did his rags-to-riches trip through some decades of the previous century when it was still possible for many people through hard work, smart investing, and diligence. His son, Huntsman Jr., is even more out of touch, having been born into wealth up on the bench, but pretending to have been part of the same rags-to-riches story.

It's bad enough that the old man has forgotten what it's like to struggle to feed and house a family. It's worse that he is out-of-touch with how horrendously difficult that struggle has become for families down in the valley. It's even worse that his spoiled offspring, parading the next generation of spoiled grandchildren, step out and pretend to represent the common people in his quest for fame of his own. They are simply out of touch, and they will never be "in touch".

Huntsman says that he was a lifelong Republican, but now supports candidates from either party who support cancer research.

That's nice. The TEA Party arose out of a populace of working people who are still working more and more, but slipping farther behind due to the strangling taxes, regulations, and tyranny of oppressive government, fueled on by growing hordes of government-dependent deadbeats and their demands for ever more free stuff. These deadbeats are definitely out of touch with working people.

Huntsman Sr. and Jr. want the hard-working people to be philanthropists just like they are. Commendable objective, but we can't give what we do not yet have; and we will never have such abundance when every spare penny is extracted at the points of guns, by either the elitist-run governments or by the elitist-sponsored deadbeats.

The ignorant leftists hate people who work, earn, invest, and advance economically, simply because they appear to be currently wealthy compared to the average deadbeat.

Elitist gazillionaires hate people who work, earn, invest, and advance economically, for who-knows-what reason; perhaps because they believe no one outside their circle deserves the same opportunities they had.

Both bunches have joined the ranks of pure unadulterated evil, sucking the life-blood out of working Americans.

To quote Andrew Breitbart about taking back the Republican Party:

“First we take out the Democrats, then we go after the RINOs.

We had so many successes Tuesday Night. We’ll be coming for more in 2016.

Get used to it, elites. It’s the people’s party now.

The Tea Party has "completely captivated and ruined" the Republican Party, and will doom the party's chances of reclaiming the presidency unless it is checked, says Jon Huntsman, Sr.

Glenn Beck's buddy is butt-hurt. Awwww...

I agree with everything said here, but I for one think Romney would still make a great president, more so than ever. We need someone with keen business experience who once and for all with run the government like a business privatizing or getting rid of depts. that are useless.

I have a feeling Huntsman Sr. and his money are largely responsible for GB’s transformation from fighter for the restoration of the Republic to Ghandi wannabe.

That transformation is why I let my subscription to GBTV lapse in July rather than renewing for the 3rd time.

So the Huntsmans accuse the Tea Party of ruining the Republican party? That's rich coming from the family of a backstabbing Obaminista masking as a Conservative & Republican. The evidence is clear.

Jon Huntsman's writes to Obama "You are a remarkable leader" - with the worm underlining "remarkable:"

Jon Huntsman is "effusive" with Axelrod over what Obama is doing "on health care {and} a whole range of issues:"
"When we were in Shanghai we got a chance to talk," Axelrod said on CNN's State of the Union. "And he {Huntsman}was very effusive -- this was in the fall of 2009 -- about what the president was doing. He was encouraging on health care, he was encouraging on a whole range of issues. "

They say short-term memory goes first. This may be tough for Huntsman, but WE FOLLOWED HIS ADVICE both in 2008 and 2012, and did just ‘wonderful’ electing Republican presidents...and this was against the weakest Democrat to ever run for the office.

"Unless a Jeb Bush comes in, or Jon Huntsman Jr., the Republicans don't have a prayer," said Huntsman, Sr.

I feel compelled to correct this for grammar and punctuation:

"Unless If a Jeb Bush comes in, or Jon Huntsman Jr., the Republicans don't have a prayer," said Huntsman, Sr.

Are journalists today COMPLETELY illiterate, or what???
