I finally let my curiosity get the best of me and visited a local pot store and its not like walking into a 7-11.

Just in the 30 or minutes I was there I saw at least $1,000 in sales. I was amazed at the clientele was a even split between classic stoners and regular looking folks. My point is it was a pretty steady stream of people going in to legally purchase weed.

The day it becomes legal to grow it in Virginia, it’s going into the soil next to the house.

But add up the take, subtract taxes, rental costs, utilities, and employees....is the place really making any kind of income? Unless you grow the stuff, harvest it yourself, and run the shop yourself....there’s no profit margin worth discussing after all costs are deducted.
