House Speaker John Boehner and incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, outlining their legislative vision for the last two years of Barack Obamas presidency, are vowing to try to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
The Republican House speaker from Ohio and incoming Senate majority leader from Kentucky noted that a commitment to creating jobs means renewing our commitment to repeal Obamacare, which is hurting the job market along with Americans health care. The ACA remains a politically divisive issue, and further attempts at repeal would surely be met with significant Democratic opposition and a White House veto.

Cheap talk from the two Soetoro enablers.
They can finally pass a real budget as opposed to a continuing resolution and allocate $0.2 cents for Obama Care and send it up to the President. The talking point,”It’s up to him whether to shutdown the government over this massively unpopular program or not”.The strategy should be defund then repeal.
Ebola will change everything, probably for the worst.
They have to be very careful not to alienate voters more than they've already been alienated by giving the GOP potent ammo to use against them in 2016.
I don't think they will be openly defiant, but instead take a passive aggressive approach.
I guarantee you that much of the extra cost is to cover everyone’s malpractice insurance. We are a really litigious culture. Get the fraudulent lawsuits out of medicine and watch the results. Of course, Obamacare did nothing about the frivolous lawsuits as the Dem Party is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Personal Injury attorneys.
It’s all already happening. It’s the primary reason millenials are pissed. The GOP has a great opportunity — I just pray they don’t waste it. Fixing is not an option, but it will take work to straighten out the mess. They can’t just turn the clock back.
“I heard McConnells press conference. He stated unequivocally that he has no intention of repealing Obamacare. Then later in the day a press release came out saying that he did. And you dont think he is a liar?”
Indeed. The half-life on any of McConnell’s pronunciations is about 47 minutes.
Is that Mitch’s 14th. or 15th. flip-flop in this since July?
We already know what the replacement is, and it's the exact opposite. It's been around for years.

If Boehner and McConnell had both intelligence and courage (note, I said “if”), they would stop the irresponsible CR and omnibus spending bill nonsense and send many small, targeted spending bills to Obummer. That would force Obummer to veto them all if he wanted to “shut down the government” and blame it on the Republicans, which even most of the low/no information voters could see through and the lame stream media would have to spin themselves into butter to defend.
This is the way the MSM works. The press peppers Boehner and McConnell with questions about repealing Obamacare to get them to say something “controversial” so they can put a damper on the Republican victory. Boehner and McConnell say they won’t repeal Obamacare, in part because they know the press’s game but in part because they are defeatists who don’t think it can be repealed. The press then simply runs with the story they want to run with — that Boehner and McConnell are going to repeal Obamacare.
After what Obola did to the Dems (”my policies are on the ballot”), not funding Dems (see Harry Reid’s chief of staff Krone who openly complained), etc. ..... I don’t think Obola cares what happens to the Dems. He’ll do whatever he has to do to protect HIS stuff (Obamacare) and get HIS loyally radical people into places like the DOJ. As for Harry & the Dems .... hopefully, after being back-stabbed by Obola, they won’t be in quite as tight a lock-step & ready to fall of the Obola cliff like lemmings as they have been .... then again, they are Dems.

Congress can refuse to ever fund 0bamacare.
0bama can refuse to sign all the 0bamacare-free budgets they send him.
Then, the government shuts down.
Until Congress calls 0bama’s bluff and forces a government shutdown over a law universally reviled, Republicans will never win anything.
So get busy. Call the bluff now.
Ain’t gonna happen...
The only way to defeat 0bamacare is to make it collapse on itself.
And pray it doesn’t take 75 years for that to happen like Social Security.
Do it and stop talking about it..
To many people cant hardly afford rent because of them having to pay for this crappy OBAMA CRAP..
He talked out of both sides of his mouth and he is still doing so.
He’s running for Senate Leader and Boehner is running for Speaker so they are swinging right although both know there are not 60 votes for cloture in the Senate ***for repeal*** and they know Obana will veto.
Ted Cruz joined House Conservatives last year to fund all of government except for Obamacare but Boehner shut that effort down.
Boehner could revive Cruz’ approach but he won’t. Because defunding Obamacare is in effect repealing it. Therefore, Boehner is not serious about shutting down Obamacare and that means repealing it also.
Seniors are well aware of the flaws in Obamacare that highly limit certain RX’s and other care to seniors. I am feeling the effect of Obama’s over 65 panels.
On the other hand, if they repeal it then Obama has to sign it or they need a two-third majority to override his veto. Given that they don't have such majority AND that Obama has said he will indeed veto such legislation, they surely know that creating it will be an empty gesture for PR purposes only.
One approach would work, one certainly will not. So which will they pursue? The answer will tell you how serious they are.
Indeed....freaking Obola toadies see that they’ve overplayed their hand.
