Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) is doubling down on his belief that southern Republicans still believe in slavery and think the Confederates won the Civil War, implying that the Democrats’ major senatorial losses came as a result of racism. […]
Several southern Democrats lost their Senate seats Tuesday night to Republican challengers, leading Rangel to suggest that voter ID laws and other GOP causes were really just racially-charged methods of suppressing the minority vote to their favor. …

The Confederates were Democrats, you bird-brain.
I see...in rat world, Americans are rayciss when they vote for Republicans, but they suppress their rayciss instincts ever so often to elect rats, then when they revert to being rayciss, they vote Republican again. IOW, we can tell when Americans have re-assumed their raycism by electing a Republican majority. Well, that makes perfect sense-—in rat world.
This ghetto race pimp has lived high on the hog off his low-fo constituents’ misery and resentment for almost his entire adult life. There’s nothing he can say or do to shock or outrage me at this point.
Enjoy it while you can, Chuckles. You have more years behind you than in front of you, and time flies.
The test doesn’t go nearly far enough. During Reconstruction, which party fought for Freemen and helped get them elected to Congress?
Many scholars have identified more than 1,500 African American officeholders during the Reconstruction period (1865–1876). All were Republicans. Historian Canter Brown, Jr. noted that in some states, such as Florida, the highest number of African Americans were elected or appointed to offices after 1876 and the end of Reconstruction
No, but he should’ve been in prison lo these many years instead of continuing to fatten at the taxpayer-funded gravy train.
Oh yes, Democrat!
The blocked school doors to Blacks. They went so far as to call out the national guard to block Blacks entrance to schools. Did Republican ever do this? No.
Which party was the only one to have a former KKK Unit Leader and recruiter as one of it's members in Congress? LINK
And which U. S. President brought the issue of slavery to a head, and which party was he in?
And yet this guy still insists that it's Republicans who can't get over prejudice against Blacks. Well, the Republicans don't belittle Blacks today and try to scare them to get their votes.
We approach Blacks like anyone else. We believe in sound policy for everyone regardless of skin color. The Democrats still don't.
Someone needs to call out this asshole and point out his racist propaganda. It’s well past time to let these race whore’s get away with their propaganda without being directly challenged.
It’s well past time to stop being passive cowards and it’s time to stand up to the race pimps, IMO.
Under Obamacare, I’ve been asked for photo ID twice by the doctor’s office and once by the lab that drew blood. If it’s not racist for my doctor and insurance company under Obamacare to ask for ID before treatment, then it’s not racist to ask for ID before voting.
I myself wouldn’t tout Reconstruction as one of the Republican’s most shining hours.
Let them chase this red herring, they will miss the real reason and continue to lose.
I wish Republicans in media interviews had the spine to throw Robert Byrd, the rat’s idea of the “conscience of the Senate”, in the faces of every rat who throws the rayciss card, every time they do it.
I do to, but our guys take marshmallows to a rock fight.
It just boggles the mind the missed opportunities.
Byrd should have been run out of Washington, D. C. on a rail, with tar and feathers affixed.
I’m all for forgive and forget, but it isn’t my place to do so. It’s the place of Blacks to do so. And we don’t even remind them of what Byrd was.
That’s just wrong.
too vs to
This same bunch ran a decent man out of politics for saying “macaca”, which only in the mind of a rayciss, could be twisted to be a rayciss word. I don’t have much forgiveness for people like that. Even if I did forgive them, it wouldn’t follow that I think such a hypocritical lot should make the laws for me.
Crud, I meant to direct my post #37 to you, not to myself :)
So South Carolina electing a black Senator is racist? Is everything racist?
So, the retardation of Our Nation, continues, unabated by ugly stupidity. May the breath of God, be upon our shoulders....
