Dr. Carson's announcement flushes out the racist Uncle Toms on the left

Posted on 11/07/2014 1:34:24 PM PST by Maceman

For those who haven't heard, today Ben Carson announced that he's officially running for president.

I was over at DU, and happened to see their thread on the subject. I was so appalled, I just had to post a link to it here.

So here's what Carson will be up against from the left if he should happen to win the primary (personally, though, I'm a Ted Cruz guy).

Ben Carson, the latest Republican black toy

I find it really interesting that the left is actually questioning Carson's obvious intelligence. As far as I can tell, virtually all conservative black public figures are unusually bright, articulate and accomplished, whereas virtually all black Democrat public figures -- from Obama to Al Sharpton to Hank Johnson to virtually the entire Congressional Black Caucus are demonstrably challenged intellectually.

Anyway, I know we're not supposed to post DU threads here on FR, but I really think this one needs to be seen.

So consider it my counterpart to DUmmie FUnnies -- only in this case, it's DUmmie UGlies that require no additional comment from me.

Black Americans have been taught by self-serving leftists that because there was once slavery in parts of the U.S., there is no such thing as liberty.

The truth is, Progressive Leftists are opposed to individual liberty as defined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. The only real complaint they have about chattel slavery in America two hundred years ago is that the slaves were privately owned.

But they get orgasmic over the idea of slavery to the state.

Democrats never pass up on opportunity to tell us why enslavement by the state is for our own protection and our own safety, because life under the anarchy that conservatives want to impose is just too risky and dangerous. We can't have any of that inhumane "on-your-own economics" that conservatives advocate.

Thereby proving that you no longer have to be black to be an Uncle Tom.

I think he is brilliant but he has to fix his gun control BS. That said, it is way past time he and us drive the racist crap down liberal throats.

I think it would be great if posterity had someone else to remember as the first black president. Pres. Obama can be remembered as the first half communist white, half communist, Muslim, foreigner president.

If I recall correctly, tradition has usually regarded two groups of people as particularly intelligent, rocket scientists and brain surgeons.

But they get orgasmic over the idea of slavery to the state.

Which is why they so often are employed by the state, so they'll be the overseers.

I for one will not vote Dr. Carson because he is black!

I will vote for him if he is the best candidate for liberty, however.

If Pete Rose and the Steroiders get asterisks, Barry needs a ton of them by that ‘Black President” entry. At the very least.
But barring a direct multiple X class flare strike, history WILL show him for what he is. It always does. not in our lifetimes, but when aliens find the remains of earth in a few thousand years, they will piece it together. There is too much of the truth scattered globally not to.

Carson will suck in religious conservatives and others to keep them away from supporting Ted Cruz...

The GOPe knows what they’re doing here. Carson campaigned for Cassidy (GOPe candidate) in Louisiana before the first round on November 7th.

I heard a recorded phone message from him earlier this year talking about amending Obamacare. That’s the ultimate GOPe goal.

Carson is on of the many splitters out there to help the GOPe win the presidential nomination in 2016.

The DUmmie’s are getting awfully racist over at the DUmp on that thread. I love how they tare themselves apart when they have to fight with their own personal racist demons. It’s like watching someone with multiple personalities argue with themselves. I wish the black voters would wake up and realize they traded one form of slavery for another form. There are quite a few opening their eyes and switching to the conservative side that sees them as Americans and not putting them into a category of sub-humans.

However it will be a struggle for us, since we offer them freedom, and the liberals offer them free toys. It’s hard to compete with the free toys.

If Democratic heads are exploding it’s a good day for Republicans.

Herman Cain was brilliant, too, but he wasn’t good enough at defending himself against Democrats’ vicious attacks to survive as a candidate.

Ben Carson should be a different story. He is so good at communicating to the public that a mere speech at a Washington prayer breakfast was enough to catapult him into national prominence. Democrats should beware of making Ben Carson’s day by going after him.

Carson/Kasich 2016. If the Republicans can assure themselves of taking the must-win state of Ohio, they’ll be bound for glory.

Oh I have no intention of voting for him or promoting him. I’m Cruz/Palin / Palin/Cruz. Besides. He’ll never abandon the anti gun thing and people would be idiots to think he was sincere if he did.

He has many great qualities. His 2A position eliminates him.

I’ve wondered which side was “egging him on” and what you said makes perfect sense. Carson is a brilliant surgeon and a decent man, and his life story is nothing short of an only-in-America success story. But I just can’t see him as presidential material, and I really dread the ugliness that’s going to go on while he remains a candidate.

It’s too early to categorically say whether I will vote for Dr. Carson or not. There are a number of other names out there that are looking very good and very plausible. But if he were to get the nomination, I would vote for him proudly.

I think he can come around on 2A issues. Further, if the R’s keep the house and senate in 2016, I doubt anything gun control bills the federal level would be heading to his desk.

He based his gun control arguments on his medical background. He won’t come around. Not truthfully.
