As would I. What we'll get are one or two serious conservative candidates, half a dozen fringe candidate like Carson, and the GOPe choice.
I think the discussion was and is on this thread about Carson. Why are you trying to change the subject? Why not just say that the Democrats and the MSM will not be able to smear Carson? I say they will whether its true or not.

Well, that’s your prerogative. Everyone is free to be stupid if they choose to be.
All Amnesty proposals are not the same.
All healthcare bills are not the same.
All spending bills are not the same.
All republican politicians are not the same.
“Some” form of amnesty is supported by overwhelming number of politicians and also wins in every poll.
A Reagan style blanket Amnesty is the worst kind.
Any Amnesty which gives no time advantage to illegals over legal immigrants waiting in line is acceptable.
Any Amnesty which sets no benchmarks for sealing the border is very bad.
Any Amnesty which paroles criminal behavior is very bad.
Any Amnesty which does not require illegals to pay back taxes is very bad.
I think it is just the opposite. Americans want to prove to the world that a black man actually can be a good president. Especially true of republican voters. If Ben Carson was white, he would not be receiving so much publicity.
