Americans cannot allow the executive branch the power to single handily destroy this country by executive order or regulation via EPA, FDA and the rest. The IRS should be abolished or dramatically scaled back so as to never unjustly attack American citizens ever again.

As I understand it, “Executive Orders” were for administrative issues WITHIN the executive branch and are not supposed to affect the individual citizens.

I agree. There must be something that can be passed through Congress on an emergency basis that simply says that the Executive Branch (a term the Bamster doesn’t deserve) does not have the power to grant massive illegal immigrant amnesty, which is the equivalent of repealing our existing immigration laws. Then let the Supreme Court have it through the lawsuit that is sure to follow, and cross our fingers. Obama is going to cause a major constitutional crisis in this country, like it or not.
