The elephant in the room is that the law is what Obama says it is.

Precedent has long replaced the constitution as the fuel of our system.

Excellent points by all. Eisenhower took 4 years to deport millions of illegals and we should as well. As O’Reilly and others keep saying “we need to be humane” to these illegals who have been here.

What about being humane to US the LEGAL residents of our own great nation. If some thug breaks into our homes, next ozippy will tell us we MUST keep them, house them, let them have whatever they want. How is THAT different from what is being asked of our great nation?
