That one never gets old...
RICO - YES.
Of course. He clearly states it was crafted and presented in such a way to deceive. But not just the public, but to mislead the CBO specifically, a government agency. Basically lying on a $1.5 trillion credit application.
IMO Gruber is too easy a target. Much more milage is gained by using him to get 0bamacre tossed.
I am hoping the silence from the newly elected Republicans on this means they are looking at the legalities.
you mean like saying no one has standing to challenge obamas eligibility?
I think the subversion of the lawmaking power of the Congress through a concerted campaign of lies and falsification of data constitutes adhering to the enemies of the United States, giving them aid and comfort.
So, no, RICO is not where I want to go with this.
Perhaps the response to Grubergate should be civil suits rather than criminal?
Just keep playing it and playing it....3 minutes of very articulate truth by an MIT professor who designed the flawed law.
The Democrazy Party passed this in the dark of night without a single Republican vote. They refused to take any amendments with the arrogant response of “We Won” from their leader Barry.
Well, keep playing it for Landrieu who proudly claims she would vote again for it, and keep playing it for everyone who lost their doctor and who’s rates went through the roof.
Just keep lying to the American people, that is what Democrats do very well.
Utter contempt for the American citizen. You saw this same contempt for the lies of Benghazi when Hillary told the families of the fallen, at their funerals, that we will get the man who made “the video”. They are lying, disgusting, despicable people who are only concerned about increasing their political power. To hell with them.
If I understand what you are posting, then yes. Fraud may have been committed to pass Bamstercare, but no one has standing to challenge it.
Let’s hope so! Gruber publicly admitted that fraud was committed in putting Obamacare together. Someone out there should be able to make a solid legal case out of it. If not criminal, then surely civil!
Hoping for Trey Gowdy. He seems determined to me.
