Start with obama and then work through the rest of the list.

I think a special prosecutor should be assigned and Pelosi and Reid need to be expelled from Congress.

Actually, this whole deal smells the same as the legal charges against Tom Delaney ...

except of course, Gruber (et al) are guilty.

What do you bet that some Conservative legal team isn't already preparing a national (federal-level) class action suit against Gruber & Company ?

Raising money wouldn't be a problem.

The consequences of Gruber's "conviction" in Federal Court would be like a political tidal wave.

This sounds like the old joke. The punchline is where Satan says to God, “and just where are you going to get a lawyer?”

Can you EVEN IMAGINE the political dirt (Ebola-style) that would be revealed to the American public (through the legal discovery process) ???

What did you (Gruber) know ?

When did you (Gruber) know it ?

That process repeated for 25-50 individuals.

Hell, the Democratic Party might NEVER recover from such a debacle !

I am hoping you are right and conservative groups are in the beginning stages of lawsuits with discovery and depositions to the MAX.

As soon as I heard this I thought there must be some legal recourse to passing laws under false pretense.

I hope there is something can be done - this is such an outrage!

Goober appears to be the stupid one. The Americans were deceived. They were ignorance and naivete are different from stupidity. A stupid person wouldn’t know the difference. Since Goober is white I can say string him up!

Obamacare was deceptive in most all people’s view. They went from one view to get it passed to a tax under the Roberts court and they gave it their blessing instead of sending it back for not being what it was sold as being.

That said, where would be the recourse for you to chase after this be unless we get the Legislative branch and the Presidency in 2016?
In addition to that they have to have the WILL to end it.

They could do it but would have to voucher the TAKERS paying nothing for a year or two because all the Democrats are going to do is march the worst health cases getting freebies in front of cameras, town hall meetings and commercials.

Republicans need to emphasise the 100-300% increases in premiums IMO.
Also, all these fines for people who can’t afford full insurance doesn’t help their cause either. FORCE those with little disposable income to get insurance at a huge premium price and if they do give a benefit you may find you still own a mint of cash if they change the status during the year and you can’t control that.

Add to the whole issue also that one of the purposes of Obamacare was to create a whole new level of government employees we had to ALSO PAY between the doctor and the patient.

fruser1:"It's this "color of law" concept that makes me believe that many in the government should be subject to RICO prosecution."

I originally thought that ObamaCare was a case of "Bait and Switch"
However, based upon Gruber's admission of intentional subtrefuge, despite his recent backing up from his statements, there is evidence which supports prosecution :

RICO !!

I bet you meant “Tom Delay”???

It’s the same pukes that came after Delay that are after Rick Perry. Unfortunately for those pukes Perry has a good friend managing his defense team. He is Tony Buzbee. Tony will take the whole group apart.

Roberts: “It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices.”

I can understand that, but it should be the job of the Courts to protect the people when criminal conduct is engaged in to pass laws. If the Courts refuse to protect the people in those circumstances, the Court's reason to exist is nullified.

Roberts should have sent this back to Congress for clarification.
Roberts knew there was a change of Republicans that would probably prevent this from going forward at that time.
My personal opinion was the President/Democrats had/have something on Roberts.
I don’t see how on such a big issue where deception was used that he didn’t send it back to fix itself in Congress, unless Roberts had another agenda for his own reasons.

Was he being and is he being blackmailed on that court?
Is Roberts maybe just a total jerk?
Will we ever know?

Should they? Certainly. Will they? Unlikely. It would set a troubling precedent: a government forbidden from lying to its constituents.

You can’t tell me that the party leadership didn’t know.

Look at Bart Stupak. He was the very last democrat vote that pushed it over the top and he announced his retirement immediately after voting for it. He knew he was screwing America and he knew his career was over. He then went on to get a full partnership at THE premier DC lobbying firm of Venable LLP.

please note his areas of practice and industries.
