Hawaii? I know on the mountains, but is Hawaii going to see a cold snap?
Hawaii has freezing temperatures? Really?
Local residents dismissed it as a "light dusting".
-11° this morning.
I swear the media is whipping up a certain hysteria about weather changes.
Isn’t this just normal seasonal weather change we see every year this time of year???
Why do they use changes in the weather to push global warming?? It seems that they get their political statements in on that subject, no matter what the weather is.
It’s 82 and sunny in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Why not all 57?
From the year 2000:
‘According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia ,within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”. “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.’
This was from a guy who would probably be considered one of the top 10 climate scientists in the world.
Gorebull Warming is such an evil witch!
Don’t ya just love the drama of the lsm? I live in NE Fla. The local weather prediction is no lower than 38 degrees. Also, doesn’t this sorta conflict with the whole global warming meme? Oh yeah I forgot warm weather is global warming, cold weather is global warming, rain is global warming, no rain is global warming blah blah blah blah.
Winter is as winter does.
The top of Mauna Kea is regularly freezing cold. But I think Honolulu will be balmy
What about the other seven states?
We’re all gonna die!!!! Quick - get to Walmart and buy up all the bread, water, milk, and canned goods wintergeddon is coming!!!!!!!
*sigh*
I just don’t see this happening in the near future in Arizona.
“Climate is what you expect. Weather is what you get...”
Look at the bright side. This national cold snap will keep the High Priest of Global Warming in his burrow, until it gets warm enough for him to emerge and he can resume his humbuggery again.
Let’s enjoy his absence while we can.
The panhandle will likely be freezing or below.
Ryan Maue is no global warming advocate and he’s got a really great twitter feed:
